Substitution: All items featured on this Web site show the types of arrangements we offer. It may be different depending on the availability in different season. We will arrange as similar as possible to ensure your arrangement or specialty gifts. For assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used as reference. Please note that the arrangements we make may differ from the pictures on the website. Some showing pictures are one-sided design, but we may make it rounded if we think rounded one looks better than one-sided. For plants, similar plants may be substituted if the plant is not available. If the container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used. For specialty gifts, we may substitute with another specialty gift of equal or greater value of similar theme. Once the client placed order online, we think she/he agrees with our substitution policy. If the client does not permit the substitution, she/he must let us know, and we may cancel the order.

Similarity: Flower art is a kind of handwork. Different designers will have different working style or their own way to finish the arrangement. Even given the same picture, the same designer may make different looking arrangement on different day. It is NOT possible to make exactly same looking as the pictures on the website. Of course, we will do our best to make as similar to the picture as possible, and fill to the value or over the value. If you DO mind to have the same looking, please tell us and we may cancel the order depending on the arrangements difficulty. However, once you placed the order and do not tell us you need exactly same as picture, we think that you agree to have similar looking arrangement. We do not accept any complaint for Similarity reason.

Cancel and/or modify: You can cancel and/or modify your order if you made a mistake or change your mind. The deadline to cancel and/or modify your order: for same day delivery order, within 1 hour after submit your order; for next day delivery order, within 12 hours after submit your order; if you placed order two (2) or more days before the delivery date on your order, the deadline is at least 24 hours. Please note that we do not accept cancellation and/or modification when your flowers have been delivered, for any reason. We do not accept return as well if your cancellation and/or modification is not approved, except it is our fault. Because there might be delay by email, you must call us or text us (1-438-538-8688) to cancel and/or modify your order. Email cancellation and/or modification is UNACCEPTABLE. We need your order ID when you call us. We reserve right to cancel the order for any reason, such as run out of flowers, impossible to make it and/or deliver it on time, or other reasons.

Dispute: No matter you placed an order via Internet or Phone Call, we will save your order information (personal information, recipient's information, etc.) for 5 years, and credit card payment information for 1 years, with our safest encrypted method. This is for the purpose to counter the dispute and for taxes. Please note that if you make a fraudulent purchase (for example using a stolen credit card), we reserve the right to report the case to police and / or Collection Company. They may use these information (such as your address, phone number, IP address, and the recipient's address etc.) to investigate. If you are not comfortable with this, you can stop placing order online; or use another payment method except credit card; or contact us, we will send you a secure link to make your payment. Of course, you can come to the store to place your order. Read FAQ for more information. For our honest clients, your personal data will be protected and saved with our encrypted method.

Return: We normally do not accept flowers return, unless it is our fault. You have 2 days for fresh cut flowers, and 10 days for plants if you want to return. For return, we need you to fill out the request form to get RMA number. Please note that you should take care of the flowers before we pickup even you have the RMA. Otherwise, we will have some charges or decline the return. You can choose either get refund to your card (Credit Card only), or have store credit. You can use the credit for your next orders.

Credit: We may issue the credit to your account as refund, such as. The credit will be automatically apply on your next order from our website.

Temporary price increase: for busy seasons, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc., we have to pay more for the flowers cost and delivery. We may increase the price temporary. It only covers for few days, then our system will decrease to regular price. Once you submitted the order, we think you agree these temporary price increase. As usual, you can call us to cancel your order (see Cancellation and/or Modification policy above).

Coupon: We'd like to give our clients discount occasionally. The discount coupon is only applied to flowers. If you have the coupon, you can apply it while checkout. However, we reserved the right to cancel or suspend the coupon for any reason. We have conditional coupons, which is only valid for some condition, such as company coupon etc. If the clients used the coupon code, we may check the validation. If it is not valid, we will cancel the coupon discount for this order. The clients should not argue for this cancellation. One coupon per order. If you have more coupons, you are welcome to use the one with highest discount. We may apply only one, and cancel the others if you used multiple coupons.

Pictures: We do not allow our clients to use images from our website, unless have our approval. We may take pictures for some orders. When we received your request, we can upload the pictures into your account so you will see your ordered flowers. You must inform us for picture(s) before the flowers were delivered (you can tell us by using "order comments" when you place order). We, Beaconsfield Flora, have the copy right on these pictures. Clients can only use them for personal use, but not allow to use for commercial purpose. Copy right for some pictures belongs to other companies. We are not allowed to sell those pictures to anyone. You should contact with those companies for authorization if you need to use.

Gift Card: Gift Card is not refundable, and non cashable, but transferable. Gift Card does not have expiry date. Gift Card works like cash (but non-cashable), so you must keep your Gift Card in a safe place. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Card(s), and we do not re-issue new one for your lost or stolen card(s). We will deactivate the Gift Card at any time if we determined that it was obtained illegally (such as by theft, fraud, any criminal act or failing to tender proper payment), and not re-issue new Gift Card(s). Gift Card can only be used for purchase in store of Beaconsfield Flora (NO online order). Delivery: We have normal delivery and special delivery. 1) For normal delivery, we may call the recipients before delivery to ensure there is someone to take the gifts. We offer maximum two (2) delivery for one order. For some reason, we may deliver your flowers without calling the recipient in advance. If there is nobody at home, we can deliver again; but we will call the recipient first; 2) For special (surprise) delivery, we will not call recipients or will not tell them there is a delivery from flower store. If we can not deliver the gifts on the first attempt, we will call sender first. If we can not reach sender, we have to call recipient before the second attempt. If we still can not deliver the gifts, we will charge extra delivery fee (which is the same amount of delivery charge on the order) for every extra attempt, unless we waive it. This extra delivery charge apply only if you asked surprise delivery. Please note that Surprise Delivery is only available for local addresses within maximum 10 KM away from the store. We keep the right to cancel your Surprise Delivery Request. For any addresses more than 10 KM away from the store, we will call recipient first. If you still want to keep surprise, and agree to pay for the second delivery, please contact us. For other special delivery fee, please contact us by phone or email.

Pickup: You can come to pick up your order. When your order is ready, we will call you; or you can call us before you come. If you need to ask someone to pick it up for you, we may check his/her ID with photo and address on it. We may photocopy of their ID; or ask signature. If he/she is not the right person, we will not release your order. You must email or text us (1-438-538-8688) to change the pickup person. We have Video Camera to record the whole procedure. We can keep the videos for few months to years; but after one month, we do not accept any video request and think your order picked up successfully.

Delivery at high season: During high season (St-Valentine's Day; Mother's Day; Christmas, and other high seasons which may come in the future), we are very busy on delivery. In order to ensure the recipients receiving the flowers earlier, we DO NOT take any surprise request -- our drivers have to call the recipient if there is any issue while delivery (such as nobody open the door). Also in order to avoid wasting time by going back and forth, we have to let our drivers to find the best route. Please do not call or contact us for delivery time, because we do not know either -- our drlivers decide the delivery sequence. If you do care about the surprise and/or time, we suggest you to pickup your flowers in the store, or ask delivery 2 days early.

Your existing orders: For registered customs, your orders and pictures will be saved on our server for six (6) months. In order to save the space on our server, we may delete your orders and pictures after six (6) months. Once the orders were deleted, we can not recover it. It is your responsibility to have your own copy.

We are making our best effort to serve you better, and we will update all the information, such as credit / pictures etc, as soon as we can. However, there may be some delay during the busy season, especially on Mother's day, Valentine's day, Christmas, and / or for other reasons. Please let us know if you think we missed to update your order information. We appreciate for your patience.

You can visit our website at any time without informing us. Our site collects visitors: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Personally Identifiable Information
When you place an order or enter promotion, we ask you to send us personally identifiable information. This information allows us to identify who you are, and contact or locate you. Personally Identifiable Information include your name, address, phone number, email address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address), the type of event, products purchased, a code of relevant promotion and gift and message, recipient's name, address, phone number, email address and any other information you may ("personally identifiable information") provide. We use this information for internal purposes, such as confirmation of your order, subscription or registration, etc.

When you place an online order, we will automatically save your personal billing and shipping information in our database. If you are registered client and log in your account, this information will be automatically transferred to the order form. For guest, you must re-enter information, even if you are returning custom.

The telephone number of the recipient, you provide to us when you place an order, is used for delivery. We will call the recipient before delivery to make the delivery schedule, unless you tell us not to call (please read our Delivery Policy).

Cookies
Cookies: Like many other commercial sites, our sites may use standard technology called "cookies" and / or web beacons to collect information. Cookies can securely store the password of a client, personalize home pages, monitoring visit or selections. When writing reviews and / or feedback by email or online, we may publish your name ( first or last name only ) and the location (city or country only) on our Web site. If you disagree, you must inform us by mail or email.

However, despite all precautions and safety procedures reasonable, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we can not guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our sites. It will be at your own risk. If you open a personal account on our site, your password will be your personal secret code entry on the website. You will be prompted to enter the password to access your account. When you access your account with your password, you can take all the responsibility. You can change your password as many times as you like. Account

We respect your private concerns. If you want to close your account, you can send an email by click here or call us. Once we received your request, we will close your account. All data within your account will be deleted, except orders which you placed online before. We have to keep those order information for 10 years, for sales taxes reason. Please note that due to the possibility of email delay, your account will be closed within five (5) business days. If you have any concerns about your account, please call or email us.

Your Consent
We have the ability to change the terms and conditions of the Policy at any time. Automatically new policy will replace the prior policy. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised policy on our website. Any customer who does not agree to the revised has the option to close your account by e-mail or call policy. The policy will be the effect on the date of publication. The new policy will apply to all users (both current and past users).

For international users (outside of Canada), please note that all information you provide will be transferred to Canada. By using our sites or providing us with your information, you agree to this transfer. In addition, if you provide data about other individuals (such as gift recipients), you acknowledge that you have the consent of the person presenting such information under this policy, including, without limitation, transfer data in Canada.
