Delivery and Pickup Policy

Delivery area: We can deliver your order to Montreal / West Island, including: Baie d'Urfe, Beaconsfield, Chateauguay, Cote-des-Neiges, Cote Saint-Luc, Dollard Des Ormeaux, Dorval, Hampstead, Hudson, Ile Bizard, Ile Perrot, Kirkland, LaChine, LaSalle, Laval, Les Cedres, Montreal, Montreal-West, Notre-Dame-de-l'ile-Perrot, Pierrefonds, Pincourt, Pointe-Claire, Pointe-des-Cascades, Projet des Pins, Roxboro, Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, St-Laurent, St-Constant, Ste-Genevieve, Ste-Catherine, Ste-Dorothee, St-Lazare, Senneville, Terrasse-Vaudreuil, Vaudreil-Dorion, Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac, and Verdun. While checkout, if there is NO delivery option shown up, it means we do not deliver to there. We reserve right to cancel the order for any reason, such as run out of flowers, impossible to make it and/or deliver it on time, or other reasons.

Minimal order: The minimal order for delivery is $30 (before delivery charge and taxes).

Same-day delivery: Our guaranteed local same day delivery cut-off time is 2:00pm. The order deadline for same-day delivery is 3:00pm (Mon-Fri) and 2:00pm (Sat, Sun), but we do not guarantee same-day delivery for the orders placed after 2:00pm.

Delivery fee: We charge delivery fee depending on the delivery city. You can estimate the delivery fee while you place the order. Please note, in very few circumstance, our system may not recognize the address correctly (most probably it could be the address you filled is not correct). As the results, the delivery fee may not be correct. We reserve the right to correct the delivery fee. If you see the delivery fee is too high, do not worry. We will correct it manually. Before we charge your Credit Card, we will check all the important information. You can always call us if you have any questions on delivery fee charge. You can read our "Address Accuracy" to fully understand. Please note that we may hold your order for delivery until receive the full payment.

What we do: For normal delivery, we may call the recipients before delivery to ensure there is someone to take the gifts. For any reason if we can not deliver the gifts, we may either leave it to neighbor or on the front door, and messages will be left on phone and/or on delivery card. For safety reason (such as apartment) or to keep the flowers fresh (such as hot / cold weather), if there is nobody takes the gifts, we will take back to the store. We will not deliver again before reaching sender or recipient. It is very important to ensure that we can find you over the phone. If there is anything happen, we will let you know. If your phone number is not reachable, and the recipient is not home, we may change the delivery date, or leave on the front or neighbor, or charge extra delivery fee for each of the third or more delivery attempt.

What we are not guaranteed: For request of special delivery time, morning or afternoon or other, we will definitely do our best to deliver the gifts to the recipient on time. However, we can not guarantee because of the weather, the unreachable recipient, or other unexpected reason. If this is the case, we will call the sender for advice. So it is very important to leave your phone number to us.

Special (Surprise) delivery: We offer special delivery. If you want to keep the gift as a surprise, we are very happy to help you. For normal delivery, we will call the recipients before delivery to ensure there is someone to take the gifts. If you want to keep it surprise, we will not call recipients or will not tell them there is a delivery from flower store. If we can not deliver the gifts on the first attempt, we will call sender first. If we can not reach sender, we have to call recipient before the second attempt. If we still can not deliver the gifts, we will charge extra delivery fee (which is the same amount of delivery charge on the order) for every extra attempt, unless we waive it. This extra delivery charge apply only if you asked surprise delivery. Please note that Surprise Delivery is only available for local addresses within maximum 10 KM away from the store. We keep the right to cancel your Surprise Delivery Request. If you still want to keep surprise, and agree to pay for the second delivery, please contact us. For any addresses more than 10 KM away from the store, we will call recipient first to make sure there is somebody there. For other special delivery fee, please contact us by phone or email.

Pickup: When your order is ready, we will call you; or you can call us before you come. While you are here, please tell us you order ID or your name and address. If you need to ask someone to pick it up for you, you need to fill "Recipient or Pickup Details". We may check their ID with photo and address on it; and may photocopy of their ID; or ask signature. If he/she is not the right person, we will not release your order. You must email or text us (1-438-538-8688) for the change. Please note that we have Video Camera to record the whole pickup procedure. If you need to see the video, please let us know. We do not accept any video request after one month and, by default, you agree that your order was picked up successfully.

Delivery at high season: During high season (St-Valentine's Day; Mother's Day; Christmas, and other high seasons which may come in the future), we are very busy on delivery. In order to ensure the recipients receiving the flowers earlier, we DO NOT take any surprise request -- our drivers have to call the recipient if there is any issue while delivery (such as nobody open the door). Also in order to avoid wasting time by going back and forth, we have to let our drivers to find the best route. Please do not call or contact us for delivery time, because we do not know either -- our drlivers decide the delivery sequence. If you do care about the surprise and/or time, we suggest you to pickup your flowers in the store, or ask delivery 2 days early.
