The actual delivered item may have different looking from the picture you see on the website, depending on the availability and the season, but we will make it as similar as possible. For assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used as reference; for plants, similar plants may be substituted if the plant is not available; if the container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used. For specialty items, we may substitute with another items with equal or greater value for similar theme. If you do not allow the substitution and we do not have those flowers / container / items, we may cancel the order (we will let you know for the cancellation).

Flower art is a kind of handwork. Different designers have different working style to finish the arrangement. Given the same picture on different day, the same designer may make different looking arrangement. It is NOT possible to make exactly same looking as the pictures on the website. If you definitely want to have the same looking, please tell us and we may cancel the order depending on the difficulty, time and the availability. We do not accept complain for Similarity reason.
